PMSV & SJR Covid Updates

Our highest priority is the safety and well-being of our residents, patients, caregivers, volunteers and children in the Intergenerational Learning Center. This page is a resource with the most up to date information about COVID-19 in our community.


Current COVID Status

In order to share the most helpful and timely information with families we will now be sharing how many new caregivers are testing positive for COVID weekly. This number will be updated daily as things change. If you have questions about this new process please email Colleen Farrell:


Caregivers - week of 1/16

  • 7 new caregivers have tested positive.


Residents - since 12/21/21

  • St. Joseph Residence (SJR) 3rd Floor
    • 1 currently positive
    • 12 have recovered
    • 3 have passed away


  • 2N in Long Term Care
    • 1 currently positive


  • 3N in Long Term Care
    • 13 currently positive


  • 4N in Long Term Care
    • 3 have recovered


  • 4S in Long Term Care
    • 2 have recovered


Visitation Status

Assisted Living Residents my have visitors in their apartments.

  • Masks must be worn at all times. No eating or drinking during visits.
  • Please no more than two visitors at a time.

Long Term Care and SJR are both paused to visitation at this time.

  • Essential support visits, compassionate care visits and social outings are highly discouraged.


COVID Resources

A dedicated phone line for family members is staffed Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., at 206-798-4728.  Please feel free to contact your care team as well. If assistance is needed outside of business hours, please call the front desk and ask for the on call supervisor.  There is also a hotline families may call with recorded update at 206-937-3701 ext. 28652. Our caregivers in activities, social work and spiritual care are also happy to assist with setting up video chats for you and your loved one.
