People ages 12+ now eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine

Washington State Department of Health vaccine eligibility

All people 12 years and older who live or work in Washington state are now eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine.

Children 12 and over are eligible for the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine which received emergency use authorization from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on May 11, 2021. The Advisory Council on Immunization Practices and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention also reviewed the data and recommend the use of the vaccine in adolescents. 

Select Swedish clinics are now offering Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine to patients ages 12 and up. Clinics include Pine Lake Universal Response Clinic, Downtown Primary Care and Mill Creek Primary Care. To learn more and schedule a vaccination appointment visit
